Smart Feet LLC is honored to be a vendor for the Louisville VA. Our Veterans are a proud group of Heroes that have served our country with bravery and determination. They have always been the victor. Smart Feet LLC will do all we can by providing therapeutic shoes, diabetic shoes, custom insoles, and other footwear to keep our veterans from being DEFEETED. We provide walk in service and appointments at our clinics in Shelbyville or we will send a mobile shoe fitter to your home, place of business, or other locations. The shoe fitter will do a foot examination, scan the Veteran's feet to determine the exact size and to provide information for us to make the custom insoles.

Or you can call Smart Feet Customer Service at (502)437-0134. We will fill the registration out for you and mail it to you with a stamped envelope and all you will need to do is review the enrollment, sign it and mail it out.
